Transformational Breathing Classes are offered in the San Francisco Bay Area, in Marin County.
Current rates are $40 per person for single classes, with a $20 introductory rate for first-timers. Class package discounts are available (see below).
The classes are facilitated by Markus Thorndike, a Transformational Breathwork Practitioner certified through the Mastery of Breath School.
RSVPs are REQUIRED
RSVPs are required for attendance at any and all classes, and are accepted at any time prior to the class (see below for info).

Is This Your First Time?
If this will be your first time attending a Transformational Breathing Class, please

contact or call us for information about attending an Introductory Session, offered just prior to your class. Though not mandatory, this Introductory Session is highly recommended, as it offers you the opportunity to ask all your questions and to learn more about what to expect during the process of Transformational Breathing. If you wish to attend this introductory session, you must
for it as well.
During the class itself, time for such questions and information will be very limited, offering just enough information to do the process itself. This is certainly sufficient knowledge for many people. However, our experience show that some -- even most -- people feel more comfortable knowing more about the process at the outset.
Class Package Discounts
We offer the following class package discounts:

Class package credits can be purchased either in advance or at class, and may be redeemed, transferred to another person and/or refunded at any time. They never expire.
